Ayushmann Khurrana never focuses on this aspect of his films – bollywood news

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana who was recently seen in the offbeat romantic comedy ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ is known for his unique filmography which is full of films based on societal taboos. While most of his films are critically acclaimed and also successful at the box office, Ayushmann has made it clear time and again that he never chooses a script to work on based on his box office potential.

Recently, he told media Koimoi: “Since my debut in ‘Vicky Donor’ I have chosen films which have been deemed unconventional or which break taboos from a societal point of view. I think such films are needed for India to do. I felt the need to start a speech on important issues that need to be addressed. ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ is one of those films in my filmography and I am extremely proud of it . “

Speaking of taking risks when choosing movies, Ayushmann said, “I never chose to make a movie with my box office earnings in mind. I wasn’t built like this and I think people don’t expect anything sure from me. , ‘Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui’ is one of my riskiest movies to date and whatever the outcome of the film, I will continue to take risks because I’m wired like that as a human being. “

On the work side, Ayushmann Khurrana will soon be seen in films like ‘Doctor G’ and ‘Anek’.
