Karthikeya 2 starring Nikhil Siddharth, is a mystery action-adventure film written and directed by Chandoo Mondeti. The film serves as a sequel to the 2014 film Karthikeya and stars Anupama Parameswaran and Anupam Kher. It is funded by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory. The film garnered positive reviews, enhancing its earning potential. And the film collections went from better to better.

The mystery thriller drama has also found takers in the Hindi belt. Speaking to a Bollywood media channel, Nikhil Siddharth revealed that two of the Hindi production houses have approached him for their upcoming projects. Although the actor did not reveal the name but said he was approached by Bollywood. Nikhil Siddharth also said that a few Hindi actors called him privately and applauded the film’s success.
He added that he had no plans to do a straight Hindi film at this stage. According to him, he plans to pick up the stories that appeal to pan-Indian audiences.
Karthikeya 2 garners both numbers and accolades. Recently, the film crossed the Rs 100 crore milestone, globally and it continues to top the box office both domestically and internationally.
