Kangana Ranaut is in full promotion Dhaakad and the actress, needless to say, is candid when addressing the media. In a recent interview with ABP Live, Kangana had some interesting comments to make about the ongoing Bollywood vs South line. While recently supporting Mahesh Babu, the actress also talked about how actors should have some sort of connection with their audience.
Did Kangana Ranaut Just Compare Bollywood Actors To Boiled Eggs
Comparing Southern actors to Bollywood, Kangana Ranaut said in her statement that they share a strong bond with their audience. Quoting Allu Arjun star Pushpa as an example, Kangana mentioned that the film was successful because of how an ordinary man and even laborers could connect with the character of a laborer portrayed by the Southern superstar. On the other hand, the Dhaakad the actress feels that Bollywood actors lack that connection.
Continuing with the South vs Bollywood comparison, Kangana went on to say that Bollywood actors speak in English, only watch Hollywood movies, only eat with a knife and fork and even speak differently. The actress also pointed out that the child stars are also educated overseas. Adding further, she said they all looked weird like boiled eggs and their entire appearance was so different that people were unable to identify each other. She also maintained that her intention was not to troll anyone.
Talking about his next movie Dhaakad, it will feature Kangana Ranaut as Agent Agni in an action-packed avatar. The actress is expected to have extensive training in fighting and other forms of acting. The spy thriller also features Arjun Rampal and Divya Dutta in key roles. Written and directed by Razneesh Ghai, the film is set to hit the big screens on May 20, 2022.
