You must learn to channel these energies, if you cannot, you become Kabir Singh!

Ranveer Singh: The actor opened up about how he dealt with heartbreak as a teenager and also shared some details about it. “My heartbreaks have always been about the girl I loved, hitchhiking with my best friend. I lost two best buds for two girls like that. It was my teens, so things were dire. There was crying and listening to dard-bhare gaane. It feels like the end of the world,” he said.

Priyanka Chopra: The diva is a reminder of how awful the feeling of grief is, but she also gives us a beam of positivity. “It’s still a bitch, it’s still awful, it’s still painful, and it’s still going to be painful for everyone. Katrina Kaif: Katrina opened up about her experience of grief and said: I was forced to analyze a lot about myself and my life and how I lived it. Everything that had to happen happened. Everything happens for a reason. I remember getting on a plane to shoot Baar Baar Dekho in Thailand. It was in January. There was a repetitive thought in my head. When you’re stuck on something, it’s deeply disturbing. It doesn’t leave you alone. It was bad. It was sad. I was wondering how could something be troubling you at this level? This phase made me read a lot. I wanted to understand how we human beings work. One night in particular, my attitude and approach to the world opened up again.
