Mumbai: Heartaches always give pain. While falling in love with someone is the sweetest feeling, not loving someone and then moving on is the hardest thing. Many of our Bollywood celebrities have also experienced heartbreak and opened up in much the same way.
Today, let’s take a look at some Bollywood celebrities who have opened up about heartbreak.
Alia Bhatt: The actress subtly underlined the importance of heartbreak in life and said, “It’s a very important part of growing up. If there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s that love is the most powerful feeling in the world. The cycle of going through the nagging pain of heartbreak, only to come out stronger and fall in love again, is something everyone should go through at some point in their lives.

Shahid Kapoor: During Kabir Singh’s promotions, the actor talked about the need to channel emotions and good energies. “I had very intense, self-destructive, heartbreaking and agonizing moments, where I was not in control. You need to channel all kinds of negative emotions and turn them into positive ones or else they can bring you down, grief being one of them. You must learn to channel these energies, if you cannot, you become Kabir Singh!
Ranveer Singh: The actor opened up about how he dealt with heartbreak as a teenager and also shared some details about it. “My heartbreaks have always been about the girl I loved, hitchhiking with my best friend. I lost two best buds for two girls like that. It was my teens, so things were dire. There was crying and listening to dard-bhare gaane. It feels like the end of the world,” he said.
Priyanka Chopra: The diva is a reminder of how awful the feeling of grief is, but she also gives us a beam of positivity. “It’s still a bitch, it’s still awful, it’s still painful, and it’s still going to be painful for everyone. But you have to achieve what you want for yourself. I set high standards for myself. And I don’t like to settle for anything in any aspect of my life, personal or professional,” she said.
Katrina Kaif: Katrina opened up about her experience of grief and said: I was forced to analyze a lot about myself and my life and how I lived it. Everything that had to happen happened. Everything happens for a reason. I remember getting on a plane to shoot Baar Baar Dekho in Thailand. It was in January. There was a repetitive thought in my head. When you’re stuck on something, it’s deeply disturbing. It doesn’t leave you alone. It was bad. It was sad. I was wondering how could something be troubling you at this level? This phase made me read a lot. I wanted to understand how we human beings work. One night in particular, my attitude and approach to the world opened up again.
