Ranveer Singh reveals details of his breakfast diet : Bollywood News

In the glamor and glitz of the movie world, being a celebrity is a tough job. Our celebrities constantly adhere to a strict routine and diet to maintain their flawless physique. While many do not know that the key to leading such a lifestyle is a healthy breakfast.

Ranveer Singh, who is known for his dashing looks and chiseled physique, also emphasizes and sticks to a healthy breakfast routine. Recently, the 83 star revealed her weekday breakfast which is packed with nutrients and healthy compositions.

The actor led an “Ask Me Anything” on his Instagram Stories where one of the users asked him what he ate for breakfast. Who replied and shared their full breakfast menu. He revealed he started with a bowl of oats, measured at 130 grams, with 15 grams of nuts and 5 grams of chocolate chips. Afterwards, he enjoys immune-boosting injections, as well as a detoxifying drink. Then he finishes his meal with a probiotic drink and shilajit – ashwagandha date balls.
