Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor recently made his return to the big screen with his film ‘Shamshera’. The film also starred Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt, but it failed to make a big splash at the box office and also garnered a lot of unwarranted hate. Sanjay Dutt, who played main antagonist Shuddh Singh in this film, recently took to his Instagram to share a lengthy note in which he shared how passionately “Shamshera” was created and also called out people who hated him without even looking at him.

Sanjay’s statement read: “Films are acts of passion – the passion to tell a story, to bring to life characters you’ve never met before. Shamshera is such a labor of love that we’ve given our all to. “It’s a film of blood, sweat and tears. It’s a dream we brought to the screen. Films are made for the enjoyment of the audience. And every film finds its viewers, sooner or later. Shamshera found a lot of people hating it: some of the hate came from people who didn’t even watch it I find it horrible that people don’t respect the hard work we all do.

Sanju concluded by saying, “Shamshera will find his tribe one day but until he does, I remain resolute with the movie, the memories we made, the bond we shared and the laughs we had. had. the hardships we went through. I thank the entire unity – cast and crew of the film who stayed with the film for four years. Through the pandemic, through my own personal difficult times. Ranbir and I have forged a bond for life with this film. His craft and his ability to portray emotion on screen is par excellence. It is painful to see how people are so eager to spit hate on the work of one of the hardest working and talented actors of our time. The art and our commitment to it transcends the hatred that comes our way. The love we feel for the film and its people goes beyond anything sold. Baaki kuch toh log kahenge, logon ka kaam hai kehna.
