After a successful 2021 with the mega-hit, Shershaah, actor Sidharth Malhotra kicks off his year with highly anticipated film Yodha. After wrapping various major sequences in various locations, the actor started filming today for the next schedule of this action thriller in Mumbai.
Yodha is another action drama about a soldier on a mission to save the nation. The film is directed by Sagar Amber and Pushkar Ojha and produced by Dharma Productions. Apart from Sidharth, actresses Disha Patani and Raashii Khanna will also be part of the film.
For the uninitiated, the film has been making headlines for multiple reasons over the past two months, largely due to its casting. Previously, Shahid Kapoor was tapped to play the lead role. However, he left the project to make way for Sidharth Malhotra.
Yodha is slated for a theatrical release on November 11, 2022.
