Thalapathy 66 attracts a lot of attention as once again fans get to see their beloved The beast star Vijay in a rather different avatar. The film is expected to be a family entertainer with an elaborate cast ensemble. With Rashmika Mandanna already roped in as the female lead, the film’s makers took to social media to announce another group of stars who will lead the film.
Vijay Starrer Thalapathy 66 has these actors on board!
Among the popular celebrities in the South, one of the most beloved actor-directors Prakash Raj, popular star Sarath Kumar and the legendary star’s son Shivaji Ganeshan Prabhu have been roped in for the film. Comedian Yogi Babu will also be part of the film. In addition to that, Tamil hero Shaam and Telugu star Srikanth have been roped in for the film. If rumors are to be believed, the two actors are set to play the role of Vijay’s older brothers.

As for the actresses in the film, while Rashmika Mandanna is the leading lady of Thalapathy 66, the film will also feature Sangeeta Krish Perody, actress Samyukta and veteran actress Jayasudha in key roles.

Speaking of the movie, Thalapathy 66 is directed by Vamsi Paidipally, who previously directed Mahesh Babu starring Maharishi. The film is produced by Dil Raju and the music is expected to be composed by Thaman. Filming should have already started and the film should be released by Pongal 2023.
